Study the change of some physical and chemical properties of TiN under high pressure

The pressure equation of state Titanium nitrate TiN was investigated in the current work using two equations (EOS) from literature, including Barden EOS and Birch-Murnaghan EOS, whereas Bardeen which is based on interstellar atomic potentials, solid mechanics notion finite strain. EOSs were processed to identify impacts high bulk modulus B, Debye temperature θD lattice constant a, are characterizations TiN. Ultimately, a fair comparison findings with first principle approximation generalized gradient approach conducted, perfect agreement found. It demonstrated that can be used calibrate for chemical compound .
